For someone or persons looking for somewhere that is clean and comfortable, at an budget friendly price. The staff is helpful and polite, a pizzeria is also located on the premises which is convienent if you dont want to venture off the property and a resturant is also across the street. Would recommend if you are someone looking for a no frills hotel
The location isn't great, the pool needed cleaning but was in working condition
Scecurity was ok
One of the front staff wasn't very professional, she was conducting personal business right infront of us as we were waiting on our room that wasn't ready when we got there after 3pm for chcek in. House keeping was poor, the garbage and dirty linen from the rooms that were been cleaned were left outside in the hall ways until 4pm or so before their were remonved. You have to wlak through and around the mess to get in or out of your room, that was a big turn off for me
Friendly staff, wi-fi, spacious rooms, hot water, awesome pizza-bar Michele downstairs.
Ground floor rooms need maintenance. No fridge :)
The hotel is cheep and has a decent standard. It works...
The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, a car or a cab is needed to get there.
The management and staff are all very helpful and friendly. We were even fortunate enough to have someone at the hotel drive us to some sites around the city because it was still slow-season when were there. The attached restaurant makes great pizza if you want non-traditional Jamaican food close to your hotel during your stay. The pool has also been recently fixed and serviced if non-beach swimming will factor in to where you choose to stay.
The beds are pretty firm if you are used to a softer mattress; the hotel is under new management and those reading any reviews from more than about 1-2 years ago should take this into account.
If you are looking for a "no frills", clean accommodation, internet access, excellent staff, within walking distance of the town centre i would definitely recommend this hotel. It was so peaceful and i loved it for the 2days i was there and it was so convenient for the late nights that i "couldn't badder reach up a Tower Isle" Thank you Antoinette for making us feel so welcome
Could do with a kettle in the room for those of us that like a cuppa when we rise.
Staff top notch. Tracy , the hotel manger, actually took me to the bus office in her personal car to pick up a ticket. I paid $60 which seemed to be a good deal.
Not the greatest location but a walkable mile into the town.
